2.  WRITTEN REVIEWS of the "How To's of Boxing Skills":  EX:  Three ways to stop the jab 
3.  REVIEWSover the Rules in Boxing:  EX:   How many knees can a novice amateur boxer take during a round? 
4.  ESSAY OF THE WEEK:  Each boxer must write what their takeaway from the passing week has offered. How they have progressed or regressed from the prior weeks. Then express what their projections are for the upcoming week. 
5.  ATHLETE REPORT SHEET:   Every 4 weeks will also be reviewed at the end of each month as a progress report. EX:  Attendance, Skills Progression, Character, Attitude,      
6.  Ability to set examples for other team members, Ability to follow rules and live by the process.

FOCUS:  CLASSROOM REVIEW

 

1. CLASS ROOM REVIEW:

1.  1.  CLINICALS:   EX:  Demonstrating Offensive and Defensive skills; Demonstrating Situational Skills 
2.  WRITTEN REVIEWS of the "How To's of Boxing Skills":  EX:  Three ways to stop the jab 
3.  REVIEWSover the Rules in Boxing:  EX:   How many knees can a novice amateur boxer take during a round? 
4.  ESSAY OF THE WEEK:  Each boxer must write what their takeaway from the passing week has offered. How they have progressed or regressed from the prior weeks. Then express what their projections are for the upcoming week. 
5.  ATHLETE REPORT SHEET:   Every 4 weeks will also be reviewed at the end of each month as a progress report. EX:  Attendance, Skills Progression, Character, Attitude, Ability to set examples for other team members, Ability to follow rules and live by the process.
